Tasting Notes:

A perfect combination of minerality with crunchy orchard fruit notes, complemented with hints of citrus fruit and fern. The rich and lively palate impresses with its incredible length.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with grilled white fish and chicken, as well as shellfish platters or goats cheese.
