Golden straw like in colour with very fine and persistent bubbles.

With aromas of pear, mango, white peach, citrus zest, honeysuckle, white jasmine, vanilla, brioche, pastry, and light toasted notes. The palate is fresh yet creamy in texture with flavours of quince jelly, apricot jam, baked apple, candied orange peel, acacia honey, and subtle spice such as cardamom and anise.
