Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs, 75cl

Pale gold in colour with very fine, persistent bubbles features aromas of citrus peel, lemon zest, white flowers, quince, green plum, peach, apricot, hazelnut, brioche, pastry, toasted almonds, cocoa butter with a chalk/flint minerality.

On the palate, it's crisp and fresh with a creamy mousse, layered citrus fruit, stone fruit, saline minerality, toasted brioche, and subtle buttery notes.

The finish is long, dry, elegant, mineral, and saline with persistent freshness.
