Orders will be held for 7 days before cancellation.
Your order confirmation email will allow you to pick up your order.
It is against the law to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 20 in Iceland. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 20 years old. If this identification is not provided, the alcohol will be retained by the agent.

All items purchased via click and collect must be returned to the warehouse return desk.
Your refund will be processed online by Costco.co.uk within 3 - 5 business days.
The timing of your refund is dependent on your bank.
You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
