Gerard Bertrand Cote de Roses, 75cl

The wine is salmon pink, orange, sweet and summery on the nose with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, peach, melon, citrus, grapefruit and white flowers, yes there are roses there on the nose and also a hint of jasmine. In the mouth tight, fresh with nice berry fruit.  A very successful rosé wine that goes well on its own as a wonderful summer drink but it is also fine with shellfish, sushi, light meat and salads.
