Estate Argyros is the largest private owner of vineyards in Santorini. The vineyards cover over 120 hectares of land and have been passed down through four-generations. With an average vine age of 70 years the oldest vines of the estate are more than two centuries old. The island sits on an active volcano, meaning the soil is extremely young and infertile and has almost zero potassium and zero clay. 

Tasting Notes:

Appetisingly fresh, on the nose with notes of lime juice, pears & salty sea-spray. On the palate, dry & intense with a beautiful freshness and an elegantly textural feel. The finish is very long and enticing.

Pairs well with seafood and lean fish dishes.
