After years of dedicated investment, the Rothschild family saw their 75 hectare vineyard located just north of Pauillac upgraded to First Growth status - the most prestigious Bordeaux wine classification of which only 5 wines are ranked. Arguably most famous for the exclusively designed labels, created by artists such as Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and even (then known as) Prince Charles. This wine is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc.

Tasting Notes:

Deep in colour with an intense nose of ripe fruit aromas, nutmeg notes and a hint of mint. The full yet refined attack starts with blackberry and cherry flavours lifted with spice and creamy well-rounded tannins.
