“Appassimento” is a traditional winemaking method, where the grapes are left to dry in the Italian sun. The grapes are then handpicked and a wine is crafted displaying great concentration of flavour.

Tasting Notes:

Serve between 16°C – 18°C

The wine has balanced oak characters with notes of mature dark cherries, plum and milk chocolate with Madagascan vanilla. The intense flavours give way to a long, lingering finish.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with red meats like beef and lamb as well as pasta dishes.

All collections will require an adult signature.
* Cut off time for collection is 10am - 8:00pm Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 7:30pm Sat & 10am - 5pm on Sunday.
Orders will be held for 7 days before cancellation.
Your order confirmation email will allow you to pick up your order.

All items purchased via click and collect must be returned to the warehouse return desk.
