All collections will require an adult signature.
* Cut off time for collection is 10am - 9:00pm Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 8:30pm Sat & 10am - 6pm on Sunday.
Orders will be held for 7 days before cancellation.
Your order confirmation email will allow you to pick up your order.
It is against the law to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 20 in Iceland. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 20 years old. If our warehouse agent has any doubt as to the age of the person receiving the order, they will ask for a form of identification being a passport or photocard driving licence bearing a holographic mark or other form of identification bearing the customer's photograph, date of birth and the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (or similarly accredited scheme) hologram. If this identification is not provided, the alcohol will be retained by the agent.

Returns

All items purchased via click and collect must be returned to the warehouse return desk.
Your refund will be processed online by Costco.co.uk within 3 - 5 business days.
The timing of your refund is dependent on your bank.
You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
