Proudly sourced from some of California’s top winegrowing regions, award-winning winemaker Adam LaZarre crafts each wine with passion and care from grape to glass.

I work with hillside vineyards and low crop levels to increase structure, concentration and fruit intensity. I dress it in sexy toasted oak to produce an elegant Pinot balanced between Power and Grace” – Adam LaZarre

Tasting Notes:

Serve between 12°C – 14°C

Beautiful aromatics of cherry with a hint of toasted oak. Lush and sweet on the palate with notes of black cherry, pomegranate and strawberry. The acidity is well balanced and helps preserve the sensation of velvet well into the finish. 

 Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with grilled salmon, red meats or duck
