Energetic on the palate yet creamy texture with vibrant acidity, layered orchard fruit, candied citrus, pastry cream, red berry nuances, white pepper, lemon curd, and saline mineral tension.

The finish is exceptionally long, dry, elegant, and chalk-driven with lingering citrus pith, spice, pastry, and mineral notes.
