This sparkling Cote des Roses rosé is unique and celebrates the Art de Vivre Méditerranéen. It stands out with an original blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache Noir, Chardonnay and expresses all the freshness of the Pyrenean Piedmont terroir combined with the solar generosity of the Cévennes Piedmont, for a singular aromatic signature.

The soil, highly varied, consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigue, schist soils and also gravel. The climate, warm and windy, semi-arid with a mild winter variant, encourages the ripening of the grapes and their good health, while preserving freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which tempers the high summer temperatures.

Its bottle is unique, sculpted and with its rose-shaped base. It is a chic sparkling wine that captures the present moment, transforming an ordinary moment of sharing into an exceptional ritual, rich in emotions.

This Côte des Roses Brut rosé has a pale, clear and crystalline pink colour. The nose is elegant and reveals delicate notes of fresh small red fruits and white flowers. The palate is lively and indulgent, offering a delicate and creamy mousse; an ideal balance between freshness and roundness, revealing a silky, lightly toasted finish.
