Tasting Notes:

Serve between 16°C – 18°C

A deep red colour with an intense and complex nose of red fruit and spices. On the palate it features a good body, round with soft tannins and long finish.

Pairing Notes:

Pairs well with a cured meats and can stand up to rich red meat dishes.
