Gabarey:

A deep garnet-red robe which is characterised by violet tints. This wine provides us with pleasant notes of red berries and spices. The supple and elegant palate is supported by a balanced tannic structure.

Ideal with a beautiful piece of grilled beef, duck breast or fine cheeses! Best appreciated between 14 and 16°C.

70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Bernardon:

A deep garnet-red robe which is characterised by mauve tints. This bottle reveals intense and harmonious aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The mouth-feel is full and unctuous.

Ideal with poultry, roast meats and cheese. Best appreciated between 14 and 16°C.

65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc

Sablonnets:

A deep, intense garnet-red robe. Fine and delicate on the nose with fruity notes of cherry, blackberry and slightly peppered. The supple and elegant palate is supported by a balanced tannic structure.

Pairs well with poultry, game and beef dishes.

70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec

Haut Gastineau:

This wine seduces with its bright, cherry ruby colour. A full-bodied nose reveals aromas of redcurrants and berries. Supported by silky tannins, this wine of character seduces by its roundness, softness and generosity.
