Contents: Water, wheat flour, raisins 14%, fine butter (milk) 13%, sugar, yeast, eggs, modified starch, wheat gluten, salt, whey powder (milk), stabilisers (calcium acetate, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (rape lecithin), carrot extract, turmeric extract, paprika extract, flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid, hemicellulases, alpha-amylases), natural flavouring.

Heating Instructions: Place frozen pains aux raisins onto a baking tray. Prove pains aux raisins in temperatures 27°c - 28°c for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes from frozen. Once proved, bake for 15-17 minutes Gas Mark 5, 190°c, Fan 170°c.
