Contents: Wheat flour, water, butter 15%, chocolate 13% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, yeast salt, wheat gluten, emsulfier (rape lecithin), flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid, hemicellulases, alpha-amylases).

Heating Instructions: Place frozen pains au chocolat onto a baking tray. Prove pains au chocolat in temperatures 27°c - 28°c for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from frozen. Once proved, bake for 15-17 minutes Gas Mark 5, 190°c, Fan 170°c.
