Heating Instructions: Place frozen croissants onto a baking tray. Prove croissants in temperatures 27°c - 28°c for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes from frozen. Once proved, bake for 15-17 minutes Gas Mark 5, 190°c, Fan 170°c.
